Hi,just clocked up 500 miles on my rebuilt sbc,still using a fair amount of oil,got no leaks,175psi across the cylinders,all plugs look ok,except number 1,still a bit oily,could it be valve seals? I used umbrella seals only! Have pcv valve in one valve cover,breather in other,is there any way that oil can get into cylinders other than seals,guides and rings? Smokes on idle but not excessive,thanks Dave
