Here's What Happened At Rockingham, NC On April 7-9
Rockingham- IHRA 2nd National event, our 2nd time out for the season. First qualifying session: We paired up with Jerry Thalacker. The Shooting Star ran a 4.09 1/8 mile @ 176.51 M.P.H. with a 1/4 time of 6.34 @ 217.04. We had our quickest 60 foot time ever @ .986 and a WIN light. That run put us at # 18 on the qualifying list. The second day we made another qualifying pass, but could not improve our time due to tire shake. We ran 6.40 @ 215 M.P.H. . The final session was rained out again, but we were happy with the progress made.
