We started out with a beautiful sunny warm day for the rain out make-up date at Waynesboro. Crew consisted of the entire Naves family; Bill, Kimberley, Jagger, Magen, Mandi, Matt Jr., and newest crew member Micah Overcash. First round was against Eddie Parker's Cape Codder. After the burnout and traditional dry hop, Bill took the win light with a run of 4.22. The run was fast enough to put us in the final round against long time friend and fellow racer Bunny Burkett. The final round began with two great side by side, long, smokey burnouts. The run started off great with both cars screaming down the track side by side. At about 3/4 track Miss Bunny had some major engine problems. Bill took the win light and the track record with a fantastic 4.08 pass against Bunny's 4.18.
