About Us
HotRodder.Com began life on the net in 1996 as RodnClassics.com, an e-zine devoted
to street rods and classic cars and in '97 the name was changed to HotRodder.Com.
We realized there was a need for auto enthusiasts to interact online so we decided to create a feature that allowed
them to develop their own websites to showcase their vehicles. The message board, free classified ads,
and chatrooms give rodders and racers a chance to share information and make friends from all over the world.
Our goal at HotRodder.Com is to provide a website that the hotrodding community will
find enjoyable, informative, and entertaining!
Allow us to host and help you design your personal website for your
classic car, street rod, muscle car, bike, truck, or car club. We're always striving
to improve the design and features at HotRodder.Com and help members develop their websites. For
businesses who don't have a website, but would like to
take a test drive on the internet superhighway, we offer
an inexpensive way to have their own website here at
HotRodder.Com.
Here's what some of our member's have to say about us...
"Hello, My name is Dennis,
most people know me as 1Bad455TA or 455Poncho. I would like to give a special
shout out to HOTRODDER.COM. I have posted my website on many different
sites like Fortunecity, Geocities, Anglefire and so on, and none have made
me happy. They all seem ok at first then after a few weeks they start
adding stuff to your domain and messing it all up and when you have a problem
there seems to never be anyone to give you an answer or to help you in
any way. I have had a page on HOTRODDER.COM for a little over 1 year and
from day one I have been completely happy. When I do have a question or
a problem I get a response within a few hours and good answers and help.
Vickie has been helping me out a bunch with my ftp program and I do mean
a bunch. She has devoted more time to me helping with this than any
other hosting service would ever even think about and we got it done. Hotrodder
sends you a monthly letter that lets you in on some really great info and being on
HotRodder.Com
has gotten me more visitors than any search engine has no matter how much
you promote. So as fa ras I am concerned, anyone who has an interest
in making WebPages that would fit into HotRodder.Com's rules should not
hesitate to sign up as soon as possible. You won't be sorry. Thanx
to all of you at HotRodder.Com. Especially you, Vickie" ***

"Becoming a member at HotRodder.Com
has been one of the best experiences I have had since being introduced
to the internet. Rodderchat is a great way to meet new people, to bench
race with and to learn new things (i.e. special guests and tech chat).
Great cars, interesting stories, neat features, nice people, and best of
all, a webmistress (Ms.Vickie) who looks after all of us like family! :-)"

"I've been visiting
HotRodder.Com for literally years now. I've had my "First Car" featured in
that area. I've created and voted on many of the "polls". I've asked and
answered countless questions on the message board. Thanks to the webmaster, I even have
a website on hotrodder that I'm sure I wouldn't have anywhere, were it
not for HotRodder.Com. However, to me, the chatroom will always be the
biggest part of Hotrodder to me. I've had the privilege of enjoying conversations
with chatters from as far away as Australia. Many of us have been chatting
for so many years, we know things about the other chatter's families. We
even know, sometimes, each other's personal feelings about current events.
We know where they race and what they drive. We know where they live and
what they do for a living. We share each other's triumphs and lows. We
ask about how they did that weekend or how much progress they have made
with some ongoing project. It seems we always have a sort of mini-celebration whenever a new
chatter gives the place a try and decides to become a regular. When a regular
chatter is absent for any length of time, someone will ask about them.
These are individuals that I would have had absolutely no chance of
interacting with, were it not for the hotrodder.com chatroom. It's been
a pleasure. Take care." Tom Worthington. ***

"I've been coming here to
Rodderchat for a couple years now. I have met some really great folks and
learn from others experiences and share some of my own. If you enjoy racing
and racers it's one of the best places to chat with others of the same
interests. From professionals to just spectators they share their opinions,
give advice and make suggestions that will help you and at times make you
laugh. From kids to seniors, it's a decent place to chat and spend a little
time just goofing off. I've met folks from all over the world and it doesn't
cost anything but the time you give it. Stay safe and race hard, life's
short." Joe McCoy ***

"My name is Richard Brooks
and I have been a member since the Hotrodder began . I personally enjoy
the chat rooms . People from all over the world who share the same great
hobby and if you need technical help these people are more than willing
to help. It's a great place to spend time with people you enjoy." ***

"I just want to let others know that I have enjoyed going to
Hotrodder.com. The chat rooms are first rate and the message board is full
of interesting comments and ideas without all the negativity that seems to
crowd other boards."
